Turn 5 – 1st German Command Pulse

Logistics Phase: The Germans use their last Staff Order to adjust their Fire Mission onto the Soviet trench. One Rifle Platoon is Suppressed and Forced Back out of the trench. The Single Fire Mission is removed.

A Panzergrenadier Company advances towards the trench. Opportunity Fire from a SU-122 Platoon causes one Disruption.

A second Panzergrenadier Company makes a double move from the field and fires on the suppressed Soviet Rifle Platoon. The Platoon is Dispersed and the Soviets lose 1 Morale (1D3). Soviet Opportunity Fire has no effect.

Turn 5 – 1st Soviet Command Pulse

Logistics Phase: The Soviets use a Staff Order to adjust their Fire Mission onto the Engineer Platoon. The Engineers are hit and Dispersed. The Germans lose 3 Morale (1D3).

The Soviets remove a Suppression from a Rifle Platoon.

Turn 5 – Command Dice

Both sides roll a Command Failure. As they both have two 1s not covered by 6s, the 1s are discarded.

Fire Missions Are Cancelled unless Maintained with Staff Orders

The Soviets pay two Staff Orders to keep their Continuous Fire Mission in effect.

The Germans pay one Staff Order to convert their Continuous Fire Mission into a Single Fire Mission. They would like to keep it as a Continuous Mission but they need the other Staff Order to adjust the Mission onto the Soviet trench.

The Soviets have the first Command Pulse (most 6s).

Turn 4 – End of Turn Fire

Vicious End of Turn Fire results in the loss of a T34/85 and its Tank Desant Platoon. The Soviets lose 4 Morale. (2D3).

In exchange, the Soviets suppress and damage a Jagdpanzer IV. Two Panzergrenadier Platoons are also hit and take Disruption Points.
