The Soviet assault gathers pace as a T-34/85 Battalion is revealed.

The Battalion advances to drive off the German Recon.

The Germans break-off, but Soviet fire disperses the SdKfz 341/1 and gets two disruptions and a suppression on the Puma. The Germans lose 2 Morale (1D3).

The T-34/85 Battalion spots the Panzergrenadiers in the village.

A Soviet Sturmovik swoops in to attack the Puma. The Puma breaks-off again. Its luck holds and it escapes.

Germans roll a Command Failure! The Soviets have the 1st Command Pulse.

Soviets win Air Superiority. One Air Mission is on its way.

Both sides have five General Support Dice.

Counter-Attack in Poland – Turn 2 – 1st German Command Pulse

Desperate to consolidate their position, the Germans disengage their SdKfz 10/4 Anti-Aircraft Platoon.

Eager to get away from the Soviets, the SdKfz 10/4 Platoon moves its maximum distance.

End of Command Pulse.

Counter-Attack in Poland – Turn 2 – German Logistics Phase

The Germans place their General Support marker to hit the T-34/85 Platoons in the field.

The Battery deviates. A roll is made against a Soviet Blind that is within the blast radius, but no effect.

As the Soviets moved away from the German Direct Support Battery’s target area, the fire mission is cancelled and removed from the table.

Counter Attack in Poland – Turn 2 – German Dice

The Germans prepare to withstand the Soviet onslaught. The Germans use their last Staff Order to order a Battlefield Mission with a General Support Battery.

No German Reserves can enter the table until next turn.
