This slow reload reduces their combat efficiency by reducing their FP and AT by -1D. This reduction is factored into a unit’s FP and AT statistics and does not require any further modifiers during the game.

Slow Reload: Reduces a weapon’s FP and AT statistics by -1D.

The IS-II is armed with a with 122L45 gun (FP: 8D, AT: 10D). It is classed as a slow reload weapon when fitted into the IS-II and its statistics are reduced to FP: 7D, AT: 9D.
